ABOUT US
Darwin Commercial Construction and Maintenance provides a wide range of construction and contracting services to the Top End. DCCM was established in late 2018 to deliver a wide range of construction services with quality outcomes. DCCM provides project management and general construction contracting. We also have a range of in-house tradesman including electricians, plumbers and carpenters and pride ourselves on a high rate of Indigenous Participation.

PALMERSTON POOL - CITY OF PALMERSTON
Covered Shade Structure
City of Palmerston engaged DCCM for the construction and delivery of a covered structural steel structure to provide covered car parks at the Palmerston Pool.
PALMERSTON LIBRARY RECORDING STUDIO
Fitout new Recording Studio
City of Palmerston engaged DCCM to complete the subdivision of the library to create a new space for a recording studio. Works included complete soundproofing including sourcing acoustic panels from both New Zealand and Bathurst. The new studio space provides a great facility for emerging artists to practise and record. The project was handed over early November 2021.
FLYNN'S PALMERSTON
Demolition and Refurbishment
DCCM recently completed the demolition of the Hub TAB and refurbished this room with sealed concrete floors and multiple screens for a sports bar, this is in addition to the newest gaming room in the NT. The project was completed and handed over in October 2021.
FORREST PARADE SCHOOL - DIPL CONTRACT T20-1892
Covered Shade Structures
The awarded contract involved the design and construction of three large covered shade structures providing shaded learning and play areas providing a high level of amenity for the Staff and Students.
ROSEBERY SCHOOL WALKWAYS - DIPL CONTRACT T19-2138
Covered Walkways and Pickup/Drop Off Area
DCCM recently completed a variety of structural steel, roofing and concreting works for DIPL. The works provide a network of covered walkways allowing for Staff, Students and Visitors to remain undercover whilst walking between the car park and buildings.
MASH APARTMENTS
Refurbish Select Apartments
The Owners of MASH recently appointed DCCM to complete the refurbishment of 3 suites plus a 3 bedroom apartment, designed and project managed from Perth the project was delivered by DCCM in November 2021 with the Client arriving to inspect post PC without any issues arising - the apartments promptly went to market for lease.
BETTUBE - IRPX PTYÂ LTD
BetTube Office Refurbishment
Early 2021 DCCM was engaged by IRPX to completely refurbish an office tenancy within Darwin CBD to cater for an online wagering business to operate 24/7. The fitout was completed to the satisfaction of the Client and handed over on time to meet with their commencement of operations.
HILTON DARWIN
Restaurant Bar and Lobby Upgrade
In September 2020 DCCMÂ completed a complete refurbishment of the restaurant, bar and executive areas of the Hilton Hotel. The project was completed to the Clients satisfaction with emphasis placed upon quality detailing to the Hilton's exacting standards. Use of large format tiles, significant natural stone and timber paneling specified by the Clients Architect were all completed by local Subcontractors under project management of DCCM.
THE CAV HOTEL
Salsa Holdings
The Cav Hotel took advantage of the venues closure during the peak of COVID19 engaging DCCM to complete demolition of existing bar service area and constructing a new bar at the rear of the premises. This project allowed the downtime to complete works which were otherwise likely not completed and have enhanced the offering and efficiencies.
CITY OF PALMERSTON
Marlow Lagoon Boardwalk Replacement
In January 2021 DCCM completed the replacement of the timber boardwalks which had deteriorated. The works were completed in January/February and completed on time and without incident.
NT GOVERNMENT - DIPL
Top End Mental Health Refurbishment
DCCM successfully tendered for and completed an extensive refurbishment of the TEMH facility including the construction of new bedrooms, refurbishment of all bathrooms and kitchen areas, overhaul of dry fire and upgrade of electrical switchboards. The works were successfully completed ahead of time and without incident.

DCCM provides a wide of of concreting services including driveways and footpaths, structural footings, slabs and  repairs.
ROOFING
We are able to provide all roofing services including new and replacement roofing, repairs, guttering and down-pipe repairs/replacement. If you need assistance with anything roofing - then call us.
COMMERCIAL FIT-OUTS
We have completed a wide range of office fit-outs and refurbishments as well as extensive experience in Darwin with hospitality fit-outs and refurbishments to meet with Clients requirements and expectations.

CAMERON BOWES
Managing Director
Cameron established DCCM in 2018 and manages the direction and growth of the business. Cameron has a background in commercial and project management within the property industry and combines his experience and capability to drive the business.
ANDREW MILNER
Site Foreman / Carpenter
Andrew is DCCM's senior carpenter who recently returned to DCCM after working remotely for the past year. Andrew provides invaluable guidance to Staff and Subcontractors and is a great asset and a welcome addition back into the company.
BAILEY KOTZ
Apprentice Carpenter (and Legendary Footballer!)
Bailey joined DCCM over 12 months ago with an interest in learning a Trade. Shortly after commencing Bailey was offered the opportunity to commence a trade via the apprenticeship scheme and he continues to demonstrate his abilities.
